LION'S MANE MUSHROOM (Capsules) BUY

Hericium is a medicinal mushroom known for centuries. Because it is very sensitive, only particularly experienced staff are entrusted with its cultivation. An optimal balance of temperature and humidity is especially important for this premium mushroom. Harvesting is of course done entirely by hand and with great care, only when the whole fruiting body is fully mature, which our staff recognize by the start of white spore release. At this stage, it also contains all of its valuable compounds.

Lion's Mane

Coral mushroom, Lion’s Mane, Pom-Pom Mushroom

Many names – one mushroom. Hericium is one of the medicinal mushrooms with probably the greatest number of unusually poetic names. This is due to its very unique and at the same time highly aesthetic fruiting bodies. They fascinate people simply through their appearance. As an edible mushroom, Hericium is found in fine cuisine. Increasingly, this premium mushroom is available at weekly markets and in selected vegetable sections. It is often breaded and pan-fried like a schnitzel.

Optimal growing conditions
Like Reishi, Hericium is a so-called wood-dwelling mushroom. This means it grows exclusively on woody substrates such as tree trunks, branches, or—like in our facility in Limeshain—high-quality organic wood substrate specifically designed for mushroom cultivation. Hericium is a very sensitive mushroom, which is also one of the main reasons why it is rarely found in the wild.

Many years of experience
To prevent it from drying out, temperature and humidity must be precisely adjusted and carefully controlled. Thanks to our many years of experience, we can guarantee that this medicinal mushroom grows optimally and contains all its valuable compounds at harvest time.
