It can truly be described as the “sensitive plant” among mushrooms. This is the reason why only a few producers worldwide are able to cultivate Polyporus in organic quality and deliver it in sufficient quantities to customers. Good substrate – many valuable components
With Polyporus, two things are especially important for successful cultivation: the right substrate and specifically adjusted growing conditions. The organic substrate (the “soil” on which the mushrooms grow) requires a carefully balanced composition for Polyporus cultivation. Only when all essential growth substances are present can fruiting bodies (the visible parts of the mushroom) form.

In terms of growing conditions, the correct temperature and humidity during the respective growth phases are particularly crucial. Over many years, we have succeeded in adjusting the cultivation in such a way that we can provide Polyporus with ideal conditions according to organic standards.
