Female cycle – In balance throughout the month

The female cycle is a complex interplay of hormones that affects the body in different ways during different phases of the month. Each phase brings its own challenges and special features, which can affect both the physical and emotional state. A deeper understanding of the processes and targeted support can help to better manage the different phases and find your own balance.

The four phases of the cycle at a glance

FACTS

The female cycle lasts about 28 days and is divided into four phases: menstruation, follicular phase, ovulation and luteal phase. Hormones such as estrogen and progesterone regulate these processes, with the body preparing for ovulation and then, if fertilization does not occur, breaking down the uterine lining again.

Phase 1: Menstruation Time of rest

During menstruation, the body is busy renewing the uterine lining, which often leads to exhaustion and an increased need for rest. In this phase, gentle support can help to balance the physical and emotional stress.

Phase 2: Follicular phase Energy on the rise

After menstruation, the follicular phase begins, in which the body prepares for the next ovulation. Energy increases and you often feel more active and motivated. In this phase, you can support your body by providing it with targeted vital substances that stimulate energy metabolism.

Phase 3: Ovulation Peak of fertility

Around ovulation, your body is in a state of high performance. The hormonal changes can affect your inner balance and your mood. Here it is important to ensure a balanced supply of nutrients to maintain physical and emotional balance.

Phase 4: Luteal phase Preparations and retreat

In the luteal phase, the body either prepares for a possible pregnancy or begins to prepare for menstruation again. Hormonal fluctuations can lead to symptoms such as tension or fatigue. Targeted support with nutrients that contribute to the regulation of hormonal activity can be helpful in this phase.
