After careful harvesting, gentle drying and processing takes place using an innovative water-cooled mill, which optimally preserves the valuable ingredients. There are many small adjusting screws that can be turned to set up a company sustainably. For example, our production and all company vehicles are supplied with electricity produced in-house from our photovoltaic system (200 kW). We can therefore largely do without combustion engines. In addition, heat-loving mushrooms, which thrive at high temperatures, are only grown in summer. Cold-loving mushrooms in the cold season, in order to save heating and cooling energy. Two combined heat and power plants, which use the principle of combined heat and power, ensure a higher energy efficiency.
