The Ashwagandha plant is better known to us as sleep berry or winter cherry. The plant grows in warm to very warm areas of our planet, especially on the Indian subcontinent. Therefore, the Ashwagandha plant has been used in South Asia for millennia.
The Ashwagandha plant has also attracted the interest of many people and scientists in western countries for several years.
We source our organic Ashwagandha from India, where it has been cultivated for centuries and thus serves as an economic basis for many people. The combination with our Reishi mushroom powder from our own production in Limeshain provides an optimal supplement to our Ashwagandha.
Ingredients:
- Chinese caterpillar fungus (Cordyceps sinensis) powder*
- Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum) powder from fruiting body and mushroom spores*
- Ashwagandha root (Withania somnifera) powder*,
- Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (HPMC) capsules

Due to the consistency of the organic Reishi fruiting body, we do not obtain a purely free-flowing mushroom powder. Due to the natural consistency of the mushroom fruiting body, the capsule content may have a partially cotton-like consistency.

Recommended dosage:
Take 1 capsule 3 times a day with meals and plenty of fluids.
Keep the product protected from light, sealed and out of the reach of small children. Protect from heat and store in a dry place. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, a doctor should generally be consulted before consumption. The stated recommended daily intake must not be exceeded. Food supplements must not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet.
