The human body needs diverse movement to be pain-free and healthy, fit and flexible, strong and energetic. Unfortunately, many people no longer provide their bodies with the necessary movement stimuli due to today’s mostly sedentary lifestyle. Muscles shorten, fascia become matted, the body system is no longer efficient, and pain and lack of mobility set in. The solution is to restore muscles, fascia, and energy lines to a healthy state, to challenge the body in a healthy way, and to offer it diverse movement stimuli. The TigerMoves provide our entire body with highly effective stretches, strengthening exercises, and movements for this purpose.

In the book and on the DVD, you will learn in detail how to perform the TigerMoves. For a quick start, you can simply insert the DVD and follow along.
The book contains the background information for each exercise. Benefit from step-by-step instructions as well as overviews for advanced practitioners. In the anatomy section, you will also learn which muscles and pain conditions are associated with the individual movements.
The DVD contains three different versions.
In the “Workshop,” we introduce the individual sets step by step. It is designed so that you can hear, see, and read the sequence of the form. All this is about half as fast as a normal execution.
The “Training” offers you the opportunity to perform and optimize the entire form at a calm pace. It is a spoken guide with a corresponding visual sequence.
The “Flow” is suitable if you already know the form. The tempo corresponds to a normal, usual execution. The Flow therefore has a higher tempo than the Workout or Training. Here, the focus is on feeling and enjoying the flow of movements and energy.
