The Hericium is also known by many other names, including hedgehog mushroom (in Latin, Hericium means “hedgehog”), pom-pom blanc, lion’s mane, or coral tooth fungus, as its fruiting bodies are branched like coral. It has a snow-white, icicle-like appearance. Its delicate aroma is remarkable, reminiscent of veal and poultry. The fleshy fruiting body of this valuable gourmet mushroom is appreciated by connoisseurs due to its very delicate taste and is increasingly used in renowned kitchens.
We cultivate the Hericium in our facility in Limeshain on a special wood substrate in accordance with the EC Organic Regulation. The medicinal mushroom is very sensitive. To thrive, it needs plenty of filtered, clean air. The even regulation of humidity and temperature is particularly important here, as otherwise the fruiting bodies will dry out. With this mushroom, it is important to catch the optimal time for harvesting, because this is the only way to preserve all the important components. This ideal time has come when the mushroom sheds its white spores. The harvest is of course carried out very carefully by hand.
Only through our controlled cultivation and direct drying and processing can we guarantee that the mushroom does not absorb any pollutants from the environment. Other manufacturers grow and dry their mushrooms outdoors. This often results in contamination with environmental toxins from the soil and air. In contrast, cultivation and processing take place exclusively under very strictly monitored conditions. From cultivation to harvest, it is ensured that the Hericium only receives purified water and filtered air. We are the only manufacturer of medicinal mushroom capsules with our own organic Hericium cultivation in Germany. The purity and quality of our products means that even more customers from Asia and around the world are trusting in the safety and quality of our products.

Production:
The cultivation and processing into mushroom powder capsules takes place completely and exclusively in our facility in Limeshain, Germany. The ripe, freshly harvested mushroom is dried immediately after harvesting in our special, gentle drying process, gently ground into powder with a water-cooled mill and filled into HPMC capsules. There is no intermediate storage (e.g. in a cold store). Through immediate, fast and gentle processing, we ensure that all important ingredients are preserved and that the mushroom does not lose its natural, beneficial properties for human nutrition. Recommended dosage:
Take 1 Hericium capsule 3 times a day with meals with plenty of fluids.
Keep the product protected from light, sealed and out of the reach of small children. Protect from heat and store in a dry place. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, a doctor should generally be consulted before consumption.

There are many small adjusting screws that can be turned to set up a company sustainably. For example, our production and all company vehicles are supplied with electricity produced in-house from our photovoltaic system (200 kW). We can therefore largely do without combustion engines. In addition, heat-loving mushrooms, which thrive at high temperatures, are only grown in summer. Cold-loving mushrooms in the cold season, in order to save heating and cooling energy. Two combined heat and power plants, which use the principle of combined heat and power, ensure a higher energy efficiency.
