The Coprinus has a long history. In Germany, it is also known as Asparagus Mushroom, Porcelain Inkcap, or Shaggy Mane. It belongs to the mushroom family. Throughout Europe, the Coprinus can be found in forests and meadows. Young mushrooms are extremely popular due to their delicate texture and mild, excellent aroma.
A True Multi-Talent:
Due to its distinctive shape and brilliant white color, the Coprinus is easily distinguishable from other mushrooms and is therefore often collected by hikers and hunters. The Coprinus has a very delicate texture and a very mild aroma.
Harvest Multiple Times a Day:
This fungus however also has a unique “self-destruction mechanism.” Therefore it should be fresh Coprinus at the latest within of one day after harvesting be eaten at the latest. Older specimens are no longer edible because because they turn into an ink-like liquid. This is where the German name “Schopftintling” comes from. We grow our Coprinus on a46> a specially manufactured organic straw substrate. Important for this sensitive mushroom is to ensure that several weeks “growth phase” ideal conditions for it to be produced. We guarantee this with state-of-the-art specially designed for the needs of our company tailored cultivation rooms. Because this mushroom literally shoots out of the ground “shoots,” it is even sometimes necessary several times a day to harvest and process immediately. One special feature of cultivating the Coprinus is that it requires relatively cool temperatures. In order to work sustainably and energy-efficiently to work, we therefore only grow it during the winter months. Thus we come the “nature” of the fungus and and reduce the otherwise high energy requirements of the cultivation rooms.

Production:
The cultivation and processing into mushroom powder capsules takes place entirely and exclusively at our facility in Limeshain, Germany. Immediately after harvesting, the ripe, freshly picked mushroom is dried using our special, gentle drying process, gently ground into powder with a water-cooled mill, and filled into HPMC capsules. No intermediate storage (e.g., in a cold storage facility) takes place. Through this immediate, fast, and gentle processing, we ensure that all important ingredients are preserved and the mushroom does not lose its natural, beneficial properties for human nutrition. Suggested use:
1 capsule of Coprinus Organic Vital Mushroom powder 3 times daily with meals and plenty of liquid.
