Often it depends on the small details. While much can be processed mechanically these days, the cultivation of the Reishi vital mushroom requires manual work. The tiny spores can be found on the top and are carefully removed from the fruiting bodies by our employees with a brush and added again after drying. This is how we ensure that the tiny spores are not lost during drying. With Auricularia, on the other hand, you need a sensitive touch when regulating the humidity. Both vital mushrooms therefore require their own way of cultivation and thus contribute the important ingredients for this mixture.

There are many small adjusting screws that can be turned to set up a company sustainably. For example, our production and all company vehicles are supplied with electricity produced in-house from our photovoltaic system (200 kW). We can therefore largely do without combustion engines. In addition, heat-loving mushrooms, which thrive at high temperatures, are only grown in summer. Cold-loving mushrooms in the cold season, in order to save heating and cooling energy. Two combined heat and power plants, which use the principle of combined heat and power, ensure a higher energy efficiency.
