This mushroom is known as Judas’s Ear in German. In Asian cuisine, fans know it more commonly as “Mu-Err” or “Chinese Morel,” considering it a noble edible mushroom. Auricularia grows on deciduous trees and is widespread throughout the world. It is probably also the first mushroom variety cultivated by humans, as indicated by Chinese manuscripts from the 6th century. The mushroom is relatively neutral in taste.
Its unique characteristic in Asian cuisine is that, after drying, it can almost swell back to its original form by adding liquid. Due to its special texture, this mushroom contributes to a unique culinary experience in Asian soups and stews.
We cultivate the Auricularia fruiting body on our wood substrate, which we have developed and manufactured specifically for this purpose. In addition to an excellent substrate, optimal regulation of humidity is important when growing Auricularia. Even with minor deviations, this sensitive mushroom dries out and stops growing.

Production:
The cultivation and processing into mushroom powder capsules takes place entirely and exclusively at our facility in Limeshain, Germany. The ripe, freshly harvested mushroom is dried immediately after harvesting using our special, gentle drying process, gently ground into powder with a water-cooled mill, and filled into HPMC capsules. No intermediate storage (e.g., in a cold storage) takes place. Through immediate, fast, and gentle processing, we ensure that all important ingredients are preserved and the mushroom does not lose its natural, beneficial properties for human nutrition. May contain traces of millet.

Recommended use:
Take 1 capsule of Auricularia Organic Vital Mushroom Powder 3 times daily with meals and plenty of liquid.
Store the product protected from light, sealed, and out of reach of small children. Protect from heat and store in a dry place. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, a doctor should generally be consulted before consumption.

Entzündungshemmend für Hund
Der Pilz wurde unserem Hund von der Heilpraktikerin aufgrund eines „Stau‘s“ verordnet. Wir haben die Gabe eingeschlichen und dann nach einem Glas beendet. Wir mussten dann aber feststellen, dass die kurmäßige Gabe nicht ausreicht. Unser Hund benötigt den Pilz weiterhin. Das Bauchweh und die Verschleimung sind besser oder sogar weg, und der Hund schnarcht nicht mehr so arg??
