The Poria Cocos medicinal mushroom has always been highly valued in East Asia. In China, it is called Fu Ling.
Poria Cocos is mainly found in eastern China. It also occurs in Australia and the southeastern USA. It grows in the soil under pine trees, hence its German name “Kiefernschwamm” (pine sponge). This medicinal mushroom is also known as “Kokospilz” (coconut mushroom). This is due to its appearance rather than its taste. Its round shape and brown skin are reminiscent of a small coconut. In English, Poria Cocos is called “Indian Bread”, “Indian Potato” or “Tuckahoe”.
The fruiting body of this mushroom grows underground in nature (similar to truffles). It is considered one of the “exotics” among mushrooms. Our mushroom powder contains all the important components and ingredients of Poria Cocos.

The mushroom powder capsules are processed entirely and exclusively in our facility in Limeshain, Germany. The mushroom is gently ground into powder with a water-cooled mill and filled into HPMC capsules. (Click here to watch our production video)
Recommended dosage:
Take 1 Poria Cocos Organic Medicinal Mushroom Powder Capsule 3 times daily with meals and plenty of liquid.
Store the product protected from light, sealed and out of the reach of small children. Protect from heat and store in a dry place. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, a doctor should generally be consulted before consumption. The stated recommended daily intake must not be exceeded. Food supplements must not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet.

In addition, heat-loving mushrooms, which thrive at high temperatures, are only grown in summer. Cold-loving mushrooms in the cold season, in order to save heating and cooling energy.
