The green-lipped mussel is native to New Zealand. It is found exclusively on the coasts of the “green island” and can only be farmed there. The Maori, the indigenous people of New Zealand, traditionally use it as a food that is both nutritious and tasty. Today, the flesh of the adult mussel, which can grow to between ten and 25 cm long, is considered a delicacy all over the world. Visually, it is similar to the blue mussel and is therefore often referred to as the “New Zealand mussel”.
However, it is not only the culinary advantages of the green-lipped mussel that are remarkable. We offer you the diverse components of the green-lipped mussel in combination with our vital mushroom Pleurotus. The Pleurotus is an ideal complement to the green-lipped mussel. It is only through this combination that the green-lipped mussel develops its properties.
Our green-lipped mussel powder comes from aquaculture farms off the coasts of northern New Zealand. After harvesting, the flesh of the fresh green-lipped mussels is removed from the shell, frozen and then freeze-dried. This gentle process preserves all the valuable ingredients. The green-lipped mussel concentrate obtained in this way is then gently ground. Of course, before further processing, our green-lipped mussel powder is regularly checked for harmful substances by the independent German testing laboratory Agrolab in accordance with the strict regulations of German food law. The mixing with our Pleurotus powder takes place in our factory in Limeshain. We make sure that the mixing and proper storage takes place immediately after receipt of the goods.

The cultivation and processing into mushroom powder capsules takes place completely and exclusively in our factory in Limeshain, Germany. The ripe, freshly harvested mushroom is dried immediately after harvesting in our special, gentle drying process, gently ground into powder with a water-cooled mill and filled into HPMC capsules. There is no intermediate storage (e.g. in a cold store). Thanks to the immediate, fast and gentle processing, we guarantee that all important ingredients are retained and that the mushroom does not lose its natural, beneficial properties for human nutrition. May contain traces of millet.
Recommended Dosage:
Take 1 capsule 3 times a day with sufficient liquid with meals. Keep the product protected from light, sealed and out of the reach of small children. Protect from heat and store dry. Close the jar well after removal. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, a doctor should generally be consulted before consumption.
