MYCO RECOVER is a dietary supplement based on medicinal mushrooms and Ashwaghanda, which improves sleep quality. It supports regeneration and has a calming anti-stress effect on the central nervous system. The magnesium and zinc it contains contribute to restful sleep. Production: (Click here to watch our production video)The cultivation and processing into mushroom powder capsules takes place completely and exclusively in our company in Limeshain, Germany. The ripe, freshly harvested mushroom is dried immediately after harvesting in our special, gentle drying process, gently ground into powder with a water-cooled mill and filled into HPMC capsules. There is no intermediate storage (e.g. in a cold store). Thanks to the immediate, fast and gentle processing, we guarantee that all important ingredients are preserved and that the mushroom does not lose its natural, beneficial properties for human nutrition. May contain traces of millet.

Recommended dosage:
Take 1 x 3 capsules with sufficient liquid in the evening. A gradual dosage increase with weekly increments is recommended.
Keep the product protected from light, sealed and out of the reach of small children. Protect from heat and store in a dry place. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, a doctor should generally be consulted before consumption. The stated recommended daily intake must not be exceeded. Food supplements must not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet.
