Tradition
In the times of ancient Egypt, Greece, and Rome, body care was alkaline. These cultures used baking soda, milk, or alkaline soap for body care. In the past, even all elderly care was performed with liquid soft soap with alkaline values of over pH 9.0. In the ancient cultures of Japan and Mexico, hour-long alkaline leaching baths are a tradition and are still practiced today for the well-being of body and soul. MeineBase stands in the proven tradition of alkaline body care with a pH value of pH 8.0 – pH 8.5, depending on the initial value and hardness of the tap water.
Preparation
For full baths, a bath temperature of 36° – 38°C is recommended, or for foot baths, 38° – 41°C. The bathing time should be 30 minutes, ideally 45 – 60 minutes or longer. For a full bath, you need three heaped tablespoons, and for a sitz bath, one heaped tablespoon. One heaped teaspoon is sufficient for wraps, rinses, and foot baths.
Application
Special applications include alkaline stockings, alkaline cuffs, alkaline armpit pads, neck and forehead wraps, alkaline body wraps, alkaline coats, and alkaline body wrap cloths. MeineBase is also excellently suited for massage, sauna, steam bath, dental care, and alkaline rinses for soothing body care. Alkaline salt scrubs, e.g., after sports, and mild, alkaline baby and child care complete the range of applications.

MeineBase provides a soothing cleansing and self-oiling effect on the skin, leaving it pleasantly supple. Feel the special value of the finely ground gemstones agate, carnelian, citrine, chrysoprase, chalcedony, sapphire, rock crystal, and onyx. MeineBase is extremely economical to use.
Regular body rubs with a bath brush every ten minutes during the bath have proven to be stimulating.

For example, our production and all company vehicles are supplied with electricity produced in-house from our photovoltaic system (200 kW). We can therefore largely do without combustion engines. In addition, heat-loving mushrooms, which thrive at high temperatures, are only grown in summer. Cold-loving mushrooms in the cold season, in order to save heating and cooling energy. Two combined heat and power plants, which use the principle of combined heat and power, ensure a higher energy efficiency.
