Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period begins:

• in the case of goods deliveries, on the day on which you or a third party designated by you took possession of the goods;
• in the case of partial deliveries, on the day on which you or a third party took possession of the last item;
• in the case of recurring deliveries over a fixed period, on the day on which you or a third party took possession of the first item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. A sample form can be found below; its use is not mandatory.

Consequences of Revocation

If you cancel, we will refund all payments, including delivery costs (except for additional costs due to a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery), within 14 days of receipt of your cancellation notice.

The refund will be made using the same payment method that you used; you will not be charged any fees for this. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or have proof that they have been shipped.

You must return the goods to us immediately, at the latest within 14 days of cancellation. You bear the shipping costs. You are only liable for any loss in value if the handling was not necessary to check the nature of the goods.

Exclusion and Expiry Reasons

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

• for the production of personalized goods,
• for perishable goods,
• for alcoholic beverages with price agreement and delivery > 30 days later,
• for newspapers or magazines, unless subscription contracts.

It expires prematurely for contracts:

• for sealed goods for hygienic reasons after opening,
• for mixed goods inseparably mixed with other goods,
• for sealed audio/video recordings or software after opening.
