\nFor full baths, a bath temperature of 36\u00b0 \u2013 38\u00b0C is recommended, or for foot baths, 38\u00b0 \u2013 41\u00b0C. The bathing time should be 30 minutes, ideally 45 – 60 minutes or longer. For a full bath, you need three heaped tablespoons, and for a sitz bath, one heaped tablespoon. One heaped teaspoon is sufficient for wraps, rinses, and foot baths. <\/p>\n
