The Pleurotus ostreatus is highly valued all over the world, which also makes it particularly interesting for vegetarians and vegans. The oyster mushroom is now one of the most popular edible mushrooms in the world. Its full, strong taste is remarkable. <\/p>\n

The Pleurotus, which belongs to the family of oyster mushroom relatives, has shell-shaped or semicircular fruiting bodies with a shiny grayish color. The flesh itself is white. In the wild, the Pleurotus grows primarily on hardwood. Besides the champignon, this mushroom is the most cultivated edible mushroom in the world in terms of quantity. It grows in dense clusters. <\/p>\n

During cultivation, we pay particular attention to regulating the temperature. This must be lowered to relatively low levels in accordance with the natural needs of the mushroom in order to trigger the formation of the fruiting bodies (fructification). We cultivate this mushroom on a special wood substrate, bring the fruiting bodies fresh from the harvest to drying and then to further processing. This is extremely important for this mushroom, as otherwise the valuable components can be lost. <\/p>\n

\nThe cultivation and processing into mushroom powder capsules takes place completely and exclusively in our company in Limeshain, Germany<\/span>. The ripe, freshly harvested mushroom<\/g> is dried immediately after harvesting in our special, gentle drying process<\/g>, gently ground into powder with a water-cooled mill<\/g> and filled into HPMC capsules. There is no intermediate storage (e.g. in a cold store).<\/g> Thanks to the immediate, fast and gentle processing, we guarantee that all important ingredients are retained<\/g> and the mushroom does not lose its natural, beneficial properties for human nutrition. Recommended dosage:<\/strong><\/span>
