As a family business, the word home is very important to us. We are rooted in the region and its people, and above all, we want to create and secure regional jobs<\/b> in the long term. Many of our employees have been with our company for decades and appreciate both the short commute and the family atmosphere. In addition to the positive effect on the climate and the strengthening of the business location<\/b>, a balanced work-life balance is important to us. <\/p>

In our own small farm shop<\/b>, we sell freshly harvested mushrooms and organic products from the region. But it is not only a contact point for high-quality food, but also a place to get the latest gossip from the neighborhood. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

But we grow while conserving resources<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

For the cultivation of our organic medicinal mushrooms, we source raw materials such as corn or wood chips from regional suppliers<\/b>. This means we have short transport routes and can support local farmers and businesses. <\/p>

There are many small adjustments that can be made to make a company sustainable. For example, our production and all company vehicles are supplied with electricity produced in-house from our photovoltaic system<\/b> (200 KW). We can therefore largely do without combustion engines. In addition, heat-loving mushrooms, which thrive at high temperatures, are only grown in summer. Cold-loving mushrooms in the cold season, in order to save heating and cooling energy<\/b>. Two combined heat and power plants<\/b>, which use the principle of combined heat and power generation, ensure a higher energy utilization rate. <\/p>

This sustainable organic cycle<\/b> ensures balanced and optimal added value in harmony with nature and our local partners.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

A good product is one thing, but what about the packaging? We try to avoid plastic wherever possible and use recyclable materials<\/b>. Our powder is filled into cellulose capsules<\/b> and is therefore 100% vegan. <\/p>

In addition to using glass bottles<\/b>, we want to design the packaging cartons to be as material-saving and environmentally friendly as possible. Of course, we have not yet reached the end and are constantly optimizing our outer boxes, shipping companies and materials. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Sustainability is a continuous process that is never complete.
